How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at support@axionlabs.com within 180 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and reason for the return. Return all bottles (including empty ones) to the address we provide, and we will process your full refund upon receipt.
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Slim Govy is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
